A moment to just say thank you

Council Member Dahl and his staff deserve a note of appreciation. As one of the leaders of the local preschool scholarship coalition, I know first hand how important it is to have open communication channels with local elected leaders. Council member Dahl and his staff have always made it a priority to meet with our coalition. More importantly they listen and prioritize Tucson’s youngest children and their families. In a tight budget year for the city, they did their best to find a path forward to help fund preschool scholarships. Councilmen Dahl’s motion ultimately failed but such actions are noted and to be commended. Thank you.
